“Jack & Wayne were simply wonderful! My Belmont condo kitchen renovation was a relatively smaller job, and I’d had trouble getting the attention of several contractors. Yet, when Jack came to look at my job, he said the magic words “we can do anything” and so he did! We moved a range & hood from where they were blocking the view from the peninsula to the exterior wall, opening up the space beautifully! As well, we moved the fridge from a place where I could not open the bottom bins to a far better place. He sent me to a terrific kitchen designer at Norfolk Kitchens, and they work with a magical stone company, TopLine, that coped beautifully with a change in stoves generated granite adjustment. He shared his ideas and respected my thoughts as well. Jack re-did a family room/den that had experienced severe water damage from a leaking hot water radiator. “Jack Delaney did an amazing job with our kitchen and bathroom renovations! Jack was the third contractor we interviewed and we knew immediately that he was the contractor we wanted. He listened to our ideas and gave thoughtful responses letting us know if something wasn’t going to work. He worked extremely well with our designer, including traveling to her showroom to discuss details. Jack Delaney is the definition of outstanding work ethic! He is a detail oriented expert who devotes all of his attention and talent to the project. An example of his work ethic and devotion to the job was evidenced by his response regarding our backsplash. We picked it out and Jack installed it; later that evening, when we went to the house and saw the backsplash we realized we had made a mistake with the design we selected. We called Jack at 9 PM that evening and told him of our concern; without hesitation, Jack drove 45 minutes to our home and worked from 10 PM to 2 AM removing the backsplash before it hardened to the wall. You would think that he would be frustrated with us; instead Jack stated “I’m glad you didn’t wait to contact me and didn’t settle for something you didn’t love.” With the project completed, we couldn’t be happier with the results! We could go on and on about Jack but to put it simply, we would recommend Jack to anyone and we will use his talents again in the future!”

contractor… but Jack really is that exception to the rule.

Over the years, we have dealt with many contractors. They have ranged from the just about okay to the incompetent – and in a few cases, the downright dishonest. Jack is different – a rare breed who combines skill, attention to detail, and integrity.

Our’s was a large project: finishing the lower half of our house, including flooring, ceiling, paint,
